1/144 Gundam Exia (Repair II)

Had this one done a few weeks ago just didn't get a chance to post the pics, had a friend of mine also give me a few dvds I need to finish watching... well here it is finally:

All the grey parts that were stickers r painted, I didn't use stickers exceptfor the ones in transparent parts and the face.

Like the 0 Gundam review that I did 2 weeks ago, I'm going to add the same video since it relates to this Gundam as well:

The whole reason I bought both is not the boxes, but their fight in Gundam 00.

 

Blade opened.

Comes with a beam saber aswell + the shield that  the R2 never used. All the pieces are there to make the original Exia.

Too good for EVERYTHING.

The blade master?

This pose is too sexy, he's prolly tryna do the um........air scythe wind attack with his sword?

If this was real, I wouldn't mess with him.

This is how it's posed atm.

Overall, the Exia is very posable the sword holders on his waist can come off and then you can pose him like the 1/144 00 Raiser or let's just say the articulation is closer to an MG with the HG 1/144 kits of Gundam 00, most of them are.  Also, the added shield, extra original Exia parts and the beam sabers are a bonus. You can recreate the box art scene if you have both the 0 Gundam and this Exia R2. I prefer R2 over the original Exia cuz of the new GN blade. Let me know what you think about it. Chao~

1/144 GN - X re-worked on

If you remember my GN - X over here. I didn't like the stickers on the grey parts like the ankles/feet/arms/head or the shoulders so I painted all of them + the GN  condensor (aka the round part in the chest) is now red instead of purple, so it looks more like the lead GN - X. It also lights up! I was planning to scrap this Gn - X cuz it didn't turn out so good the first time around but, I had change of mind and I wanted to collect all the Sude Gn drive suits to stand against the Gundam 00 gundams in my collection like the anime.

Lookin twice as better now without any stickers, I should've painted it in the beginning like all my other gundams rather than going back n doin it, but it looks better now so I'm heppy with the outcome. Lemme know what you think.

The light up condensor, I wanna do this to each and everyone of my 1/144 Gundams but I need enough LEDs.

1/144 0 Gundam Type A.C.D

Before I start, this is the as close as I will ever get to the "classic" like stuff, This gundam is an exception cuz of acceptable reasons.

And here's a little video showing him and Exia in action!

Ok, so before the Exia or 00 Gundam this guy was there. The 0 Gundam a prototype for Exia and 00 Gundam, cuz the 00 Gundam uses Exia and 0 Gundam's GN drives and the Exia is like an upgraded 0 Gundam. Here's how it goes:

 From Left to right: 0 Gundam - Exia - 00 Gundam (GN blade not shown) - Exia Repair 2 (with his GN drive back)

Now this guy may look like the old RX - 78 (AKA the original GUNDAM aka my term called G1) Gundam but you know in every Anime they try to go for the classic looks in some way. But I must say I like this statue they built in Tokyo, Japan!

Just looks so cool! All lit up n stuff!

Now on to the Gundam:

First off is the box!
 

When you put the Exia repair 2 and the 0 Gundam boxes together you get the scene from the last Gundam 00 episode! This is just cool! I bought em both for this purpose and well cuz I like em too AND cuz I'd like to collect anything related to Exia Gundam, I'm an Exia fan!

Oh so G1.

The shield looks pretty nice, but I'm not saying the Gundma won't look good without it. the shield completes it tho.

 Just amazing articulation on this model kit I must say!

 Shooting the dead? That's no good. Don't do it!

I'd like to say this is an awesome kit, and you wanna put him together with Exia ina fight pose then you must have him, lemme know your thoughts.

I plan to get the Gundam Astrea aswell the Red and the white versions:
(They're also prototype's for Exia)

This one comes with his own GN blade a little different from Exia's

The red one comes with the Exia's GN blade too coloured in Red! + his own blade coloured in red from the white one.

1/144 Gundam Throne Zwei!

Completed it 2 weeks ago, didn't get a chance to post it. Here he is:
All the panel lining, bright red, and grey is done by me. No stickers were applied except for the eyes.

Yeah...the box.....w/e.

So instead of painting it yellow I painted it with red + grey which IMO works way better.

Only reason I picked this kit up was because of the giant sword + I'm getting Throne Eins soon too, they're the only 2 thrones I'll be getting throne Drei looks crappy so no throne Drei for me.
